Who is responsible for your data?

Data sent through this website is processed by DynamikUp, whose details are given in the legal notice. For any question: contact@dynamik-up.com.

What data do we collect?

Only the information you enter in the forms:

• contact form: name, email address and, if you provide them, phone, organisation, subject and message;
• quote form: name, organisation, type of organisation, country, email address, phone (optional), requested services, timeline, indicative budget (optional) and project description.

We also record the date of submission and the language used. We do not collect sensitive data: please do not include any in your messages.

Why?

To answer your message or quote request and follow up on our exchanges. Your data is not used for any other purpose: no automated marketing, no resale.

Who has access?

The DynamikUp team members handling your request, and our hosting provider (OVH SAS, France), which hosts the website, the database and the email service.

How long?

Messages and quote requests are kept for a maximum of 24 months after receipt and then deleted, unless a business relationship follows.

Cookies

This website does not use audience measurement tools, advertising or embedded social media content. It only sets two cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work and to secure the forms (session and protection against fraudulent submissions). They expire after two hours. These cookies do not require your consent.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@dynamik-up.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Senegalese Personal Data Protection Commission (CDP, www.cdp.sn) or, if you live in the European Union, with the data protection authority of your country.
